QUICK OVERVIEW

Our ABS filament is tough, hard and stiff, with good chemical and abrasion resistance. Special additives has also been added to reduce warping
and cracking effects. It has good mechanical properties. You can get very good prints with our ABS filament.

Do you know…?
ABS is soluble in acetone? This can be really interesting if you want your pieces to have excellent and bright surface finishes. If so, try doing what is called an acetone vapor bath, always with extremely care because acetone is a toxic chemical.

PLA

QUICK OVERVIEW

The PLA is a biodegradable plastic due to its natural origin (corn, sugarcane or potatoes). In addiction, it is one of the most easy to print
materials in the 3D printing world.

Did you know…?
That PLA let you get 2 surface finishes? If the filament is extruded at a temperature lower than 225ºC, you’ll achieve a Gloss finish, but if the temperature is over 225-230ºC you’ll get a Matt finish.

What can you achieve with this material?

Print easily a lot of models with higher printing speed than other materials. You will not have pieces with warping as this material does not have contractions, so you will be able to print with high resolution models with a good surface finish.

What can you achieve with this material?

Pieces with greater impact resistance than those made with ordinary ABS. Our ABS low warping let you print with this material much easier.

This ABS has high impact resistance, specially design for the industrial field. We recommend it to print that required high mechanical performance.

ABS F.P.

Our ABS FIREPROOF is a flame retardant material tested according to UL94 and IEC 60695-11-10, ideal for coating elements that may be a source of fire.

What can you achieve with this material?

In the presence of fire, pieces with a 1.50 mm wall are capable of extinguishing the flame in less than 30 seconds without producing plastic drip, corresponding to the category V-1 according to the UL94 standard.

Pieces with thicknesses of 2.10 mm or greater, are able to extinguish the flame within 10 seconds without leakage of plastic material, under category V-1 according to UL94 standard.

Ideal for coatings or casings to protect electrical circuits or elements with risk of generating fire.

QUICK OVERVIEW

Thermoplastic with a degree of flexibility that gives it mechanical properties similar to polypropylene.

rigid figures depending on their geometry, it has great resistance to impact and offers a nice soft touch.

Wood

QUICK OVERVIEW

First class PLA with a high percentage of natural Wood, it does not incorporate recycle material or recuperated. Excellent printing resolution.

Notable printing tips for a correct use

Due to the high amount of wood particles seals may occur on 0.4mm diameter that is why we recommend nozzles with diameter 0.6 or higher.

We recommend to feed the printer without making pronounced turns on Bowden systems this way you will avoid breaking the filament.

We recommend to print with a layer higher than 0.2 mm.

It is important to avoid the filament to heat with the extruder in standby this can produce blocks.

The finish surface can be changed by increasing the printing temperature.

What can you achieve with this filament?

This filament presents a lot of design possibilities, we can make from sculptural replicas, models simulating Wood, pieces of habitat design, furniture, Wood utensils, etc …

Support

QUICK OVERVIEW

HIPS specially designed and improved to be used as support material. Shrinkage remove, it is dissolved in limonene much faster than regular
HIPS and it is compatible with a wide variety of materials.

What are its main features?

-Temperature 220/240 °.

-Thermal bed 50/100 °.

-High resolution.

-It dissolves in Limonene faster.

-Without warping.

-Compatible with more materials than HIPS or PVA.

What are its main advantages?

With respect to PVA

-Cheaper.

-Compatible with a wide range of materials (Not only PLA).

-Not affected by humidity, so it does not lose its properties.

Compared to a normal HIPS

-Compatible with a wide range of materials (ABS not only).

-Contracciones And warping eliminated.

-It dissolves 3 times faster than other support materials.

POM

QUICK OVERVIEW

POM is a filament with a very high impact resistance. Together with low coefficient iof friction and resistance to abrasion this filament is ideal for the industrial sector. In addition, this filament has a very wide range of working temperature from -40 to 160 ° C.

We recommend this filament for very advanced users in 3D printing due to its characteristics, it is a difficult filament to print. The printing temperature ranges are very high in between 230 ° C and 280 ° C.

Print speed should be lower than PLA and ABS. We recommend speeds below 30mm / s.

PP

Our PP is versatile, transparent and light. It is also a material with good organoleptic properties. As well, its excellent mechanical, specially impact resistance, and chemical properties make it ideal for industrial purposes.

What can you achieve with this material?

Due to the PP particular properties, you can use it for a great variety of application fields, such as: packaging, textiles, tablewares, pipes, medical applications, etc.

It is great to obtain low weight pieces, so this material is quite interesting to automovile and aircraft industry, drone manufacturing, etc.

Its high printing resolution also let you use it for small pieces, as small robot components for example.

PETG

QUICK OVERVIEW

Our PETG is a thermoplastic copolyester that unlike PET, it doesn’t cristallyze when it is heated up, so it is a resistant material with certain flexibility. Besides, it has great chemical resistance and transparency.

What can you achieve with this filament?

Print designs with similar mechanical properies to ABS as it is resistant to bending, traction and impact, but as easy to print as PLA.

Print high chemical resistance components.

Nylstrong

QUICK OVERVIEW

Abrasive product!!! We advise to use steel nozzels.

Our NYLSTRONG is reinforced Nylon (PA6) which has great mechanical, thermal and abrasion resistance. As well, it is really hard so it is perfect for industrial applications.

What can you achieve with this material?

Print pieces with industrial purposes where you need great mechanical properties like high tensile strenght or impact resistance. Get really hard prints. Ideal for pieces that work at really high temperatures. Great hardness
Reinforced Nylon (PA6) which has great impact

resistance and a unique balance between hardness and mechanical resistance. Besides, its high thermal resistance makes this material perfect for industrial
purposes.

HIPS

High impact polystyrene, ideal for printing highly resistant parts with excellent mechanical properties.It has similar characteristics to ABS, It can be sanded and painted with acrylic paints. Ideal to be used as a support material, as it can be subsequently diluted in D-Limonene

If you use different materials in your 3D printer, this material we have created to clean the extruder is ideal for you.

Clean your printer extruder to have a better maintenance of your 3D printer and also increase the lifetime of your hotend.

When you use different laments in you 3D printer, eventually you can get obstructions and defects in your printings. This
material is thought out to clean the extruder completely. This way you will guarantee the correct working and maintenance
of your 3D printer.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CLEAN THE EXTRUDER.
Temperature is a key factor if you want this material to clean well the extrusion system of your 3D printer. For that, just follow this simple steps:
Heap up the extruder until it exceeds in 10ºC the melting temperature of the last material you have used. For example, if you have used ABS
in your 3D printer previously, you should set the extrusion temperature at 250ºC aproximately.

After that, load our SMART CLEAN FILAMENT and extrude a certain amount of material.
Finally, unload the lament and reload your 3D printer with the material you want to use.
