Industrial Grade Selective Laser Sintering
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a type of additive manufacturing or 3D Printing method that makes use of high powered laser to sinter polyamide powder layer by layer to create complex 3D models. It is highly recommended for models with intricate details and functional applications. Parts produced using this 3D Printing method will have powdery feel to the touch but can be easily sanded to smoothness. Parts can also be finished to attain end use parts functionality.
Fused Deposition Modelling
Stereolithography (SLA) and Polyjet are high resolution 3D Printing methods that produce complex models via curing resins or photopolymers. These 3D Printing methods are able to produce parts with layer resolution as fine as 16 microns and down to 0.1mm accuracy. Parts produced using these methods will have great aesthetic, smooth surface finishing and available in various materials ranging from transparent rigid to flexible.
